CO・OP産直たまごの賞味期限を15日から17日に延長しました
CO・OPのたまごは採卵した当日にパックをし、低温での商品物流設計で、鮮度を保っています。白身の盛り上がりが違います。
一般のたまごの多くは賞味期限日表示のみとなっています。これら多くのたまごは複数採卵日の原料をパックしてから○○日と賞味期間を定めています。
CO・OPのたまごは採卵日も合わせて表示し、採卵日当日にパックするという内部規定を持っています。このため、鮮度に自信があり、賞味期間延長が可能です。
